Chelsea Hamilton Academical leader John Terry denies stories of bust-up with Rafael Benitez - Crunchsports.com

Chelsea captain John Terry has ignored reports indicating there's a between him and interim director Rafael Benitez. Accounts earlier in the day in 2013 recommended the match had clashed over the defender's knee injury, whilst the Spaniard recently reported that the centre-back is no longer a guaranteed starter at Stamford Bridge. But Terry insists he is ready to push his in the past in to Benitez's first-team strategies and accepts his team selections. "There is a large amount of speculation, right now. I did so perhaps not speak out against the director at all. I am fit, have been fit, and that's the case," he toldASky Sports. "We have already been working together on it area. I might miss out the game, if the manager selects one other players before me, that's fully adequate by me and I will continue to work hard in training and await my chance, like I did against Fulham and previous activities as well. "I am the largest supporter if I am playing or not playing - I'm fully behind the group. "People are attempting to result in a rift between myself and Rafa, but there just isn't one. They'll not get between us, or the participants, or the staff at the football club." Terry is unsure whether he'll perform any part inAChelsea's sport at Liverpool on Sunday, but is able to support his team-mates as they look to secure Champions League certification. "I desire to play in most the activities, obviously, that is the same for every single player," he added. "But at once, I understand that we have got a lot of major games and if he really wants to opt for David [Luiz] and Iva [Branislav Ivanovic], they've been playing great so I have no qualms about that at all. "[Cesar] Azpilicueta has been superb at right-back as well, so once again, if I am maybe not selected, of course I need to perform, but at the same time I'll be fully behind the lads, the staff and the manager to secure us at least fourth spot for the Champions League spot."
