Thiago Silva has urged Wayne Rooney to join him and David Beckham in Paris as the Saint-Germain revolution continues, the Sunday People reports .
The megabucks Parisien outfit believe they can lure Manchester United star Rooney to the French capital at the end of the season.
"This team will win the Champions League in the next three or four years. It is the most exciting project in football."
