The Loftus Road dressing room is packed with players earning £60,000-£100,000 a week — but boss 'Arry is questioning their ability.
Worse still for the club doomed to relegation is Redknapp's belief he will be lumbered with the same cash-hungry players in the Championship.
Redknapp's outburst after their 17th league defeat left owner Tony Fernandes and supporters in no doubt about their plight.
"I hear that all the time that if they get relegated they want to go because they don't want to play in the Championship.
"You have some experienced players but what you need is a good group of characters, a good group of people together and you have not got any problems when you have that."
Fernandes insists he will axe the top earners but Redknapp reckons no club will match the wages his players are trousering.
Julio Cesar is a decent keeper but not in the £70,000-a-week category and no one will pay Chris Samba's weekly £100,000 pay packet.
Redknapp, who says he has not discussed his future with the West London club, added: "Players won't go. How are you going to get rid of them? They all have contracts. I wish you could say players would leave but it isn't going to happen.
From the moment Clint Hill's heavy deflection diverted Darron Gibson's 25-yarder into the net, QPR curled up and wanted out of Goodison Park.
Everton improved in the second half and Rangers' lack of discipline showed once again as Esteban Granero and Townsend picked up needless cautions.
Redknapp said: "If you look at QPR's record over the last two years, they've probably had more players sent off than anyone in history. That's not natural."
It is ridiculous to think that last month a section of Everton fans called for David Moyes to leave after an FA Cup defeat against Wigan.
The Toffees boss is out of contract this summer and has yet to pledge his future, although Champions League football might change his mind.
Moyes said: "If we beat Arsenal on Tuesday, you would talk about Everton having a real chance of getting in the Champions League.
