Ensure you REFRESH your visitor sporadically so you donat miss some of the action. ------------------------------------ LIVE COMMENTARY... Stoke 0 a 2 Man United FULLTIME: ALL MOVIE IS UP. 90+2 MINS: The move stops working with Phil Jones as it is trapped under his feet, then Evra trips over it also. 88 MINS: Well, we can more or less say that United are 15 points clear again as we enjoy Manchester City meeting Chelsea in the FA Cup semifinal in just a few momemts. THREE ADDED MINUTES. 86 MINS: Jerome now considers yellow, and that may be from frustration in wanting to be on 15 minutes earlier in the day. 83 MINS: Now he is got the target, van Persie is back to getting corners... wind as heck, and the ball keeps getting blown about. Near article flick from Carrick extraordinary and not adequate enough. Crouch on, Jones on - straight trade. 80 MINS: Ten to go and Crouch has his trackies off... play the past 10 in the centre third.... ohhhh Adams gives and it is left by everyone, it bounces, skids and De Gea are at full stretch to prevent that going into the right hand corner of the web. 75 MINS: Michael Owen coming on for Stoke... Large cheer increases as he gets eleventh hour instructions: "Score lots," I imagine it to be. Hernandez down also, Welbeck taking his spot. 70 MINS: Video up soon of the target and exactly what a celebration from RVP and Fergie as they hugged on the sideline. Guy hugs... then back again to reality... Other end is shot by shotton and De Gea saves and keeps. 65 MINS: CHARGE UNITED! Rooney pauses, slides RVP through and the Dutchman checks back, Wilkinson getting his leg out. Simple choice. Robin Van Persie stepping up... GOAL! That is 20 for RVP. The poor run has been broken from the location. 63 MINS: Rooney taking everything today from the sides to the free shoes and after one of them is cleared it's Valencia with the first orange card of the day with a hasty one on Charlie Adam. 61 MINS: Rooney opens it up and finds Valencia but it stops working as rapidly as it seemed to start up. Stoke pauses, to Jones approaching the area and with options left and right but goes on goal and misses the mark by lots. 59 MINS: Adam has a go from five outside the area and there's some bend onto it but nothing that De Gea has not treated before and handles again. Better from Stoke though as the desperation this half creeps in early. 55 MINS: Shotton heads the ball back into a dangerous place for Stoke and Walters snaps at one... It really wouldn't drop quickly enough for him. 53 MINS: Hernandez, good basketball, Van Persie to the side netting. Part base with power however, not quite the direction... a long time between drinks for RVP. It's showing. Crouch warming for Stoke. 51 MINS: No changes for either side and Wilkinson has already established four stitches above his right eye after the start to the head from Hernandez in the first half. 47 MINS: Evra attacked by Shotton and it is an uncompromising concern from the Stoke person since the next cause is underway. Spot won as van Persie tries to cross. Rooney's basketball headed away without any United challenge. 45+2 MINS: THREE ADDED MINUTES. Adam with quite a bad actually as he just whacks it in and does not seem up... though Vidic turns it in to something when he pushes the approval and out for a corner. 42 MINS: Shawcross produces down Hernandez as fifty per cent of a break looks on. Free kick some 35 yards out, dead hammer out in front... this could be that time of class I mentioned before...OHHHHH Begovic was expanded from a great free kick, straightening from Rooney as he goes direct for purpose. Only large of the left post. 41 MINS: Jones by having an essential prod... gee, prods, toe-pokes... Yes, it is lacking a little class... Keeping it for the 2nd spell, without doubt. Crowd's loving it though at the Britannia. They are really attempting to rally the team./ As far as soccer action... not much to spell it out but that's not knocking the effort. 39 MINS: Shoot, sorry lads and lasses... I nearly forgot I was watching the overall game and providing some banter on it... Morning thinking away as that one kind of drifts hazily into the half. However a couple of minutes left nonetheless it is not end-to-end, thrill-a-minute material at when. 35 MINS: Some push and push as Rooney shifts in a heavy free kick and Hernandez raises a start in your community. It'd inflated right away and a bit of claret has become flowing from Wilkinson's head. Anybody available know very well what make of gum Fergie chews? He looks a bit bored right now. Patch up job on Wilkinson continues. He's had to alter his set also. 31 MINS: Valencia to the byline and three to aim at in the centre, sees none of these but that is only due to an essential toe-in that intended van Persie couldn't get a hit. Scores are poked by hmmm on toe, and a goal is probably saved by other toe-poke. Van Persie then nearly (doesn't) makes room for an attempt as play sweeps up and down the frequency. 26MINS: Van Persie places Begovic off his line... and... oh dear. Never mind. (Hint - think of Britannia Stadium then think of the targets then think of 20 yards wide of these. That's where the ball is at this time from RVP's boot.) 24 MINS: Rooney willing to supply a large part from the right, as Hernandez includes a speak to the ref... it's gone near and Carrick heads out. Pretty bad return actually that, should have done better and perhaps flicked to the back post. Hard, knocking the target scorer like this I know, nonetheless it needs to have gone back post. 19 MINS: This really is better from Stoke while they move up the clothes and get stuck in... Vidic climbs throughout Charlie Adam and it is a Stoke free stop some 32 yards out, perfectly of centre. The big guns move forward for Stoke... Good header by Huth... Wonderful leap, he twists his head and the German minds just broad. Maybe not bad as he had to work it from behind him. 15 MINS: United only with a number of space tow work in and they are working it to their advantage. Stoke has not seen much of the ball. But in saying that, United hasn't just created quite a few chances... Only the target and the Rooney reach from good range. 12 MINS: United operating the ball, listed here is Rooney - SMACK - right at the trunk of the net limited to a Begovic parry away. Good save. An straightforward save your self. Good strike and play from Rooney and United. 10 MINS: United scarcely breaking a sweat right now... pass, pass, pass... turn, pass, pass, pass... Lookup, pass straight back, foot on, change, block, pass, pass... hasn't left the half in this play... Johnson and Evra with three passes between them from 3 meters apart. 7 MINS: Well things have got considerably harder for Stoke, and that's beside the target as United start to get this game by the scruff of the throat. 4 MINS: PURPOSE Manchester United! From the corner, Robin van Persie provides it weaves, bobbles and bounces about in the field and Michael Carrick shines a bottom and boot pokes it in to the corner of the net. They call count. UNTED LEADS 1-0. 1 MINS: Stoke with the ball and Walters does very well to manufacture a cross though De Gea promises it with arms fully extended high. We're underway... Groups are in the canal and set for the out. Vidic striding forward to shake hands... been sometime. We have our live pictures and it's United walking on the method to a title... Definitely, not from here... though the pressure is adding on Stoke since they are three points above the drop zone and with only six points to truly save themselves. Effectively hello and welcome and let us hope we're in for some leading scoring and baseball action here today. Your teams are in... we'll post them shortly... right, beginning lineups... Stoke: Begovic; Cameron, Shawcross, Huth, Wilkinson; Shotton, Whelan, Nzonzi, Adam, Walters; Jones Man Utd: P Gea; Vidic, Evra, Smith, Ferdinand; Kagawa, Carrick, Valencia; Rooney, Hernandez, Van Persie Start up isn't a long way away but in the meantime weave gone right back 2-3 weeks to see United beat Sunderland. ------------------------------------ Clubs Stoke (from ): Begovic, Sorensen, Cameron, Huth, Shawcross, Wilson, Wilkinson, Kightly, Shotton, Nzonzi, Whitehead, Etherington, Whelan, Adam, Jones, Walters, Crouch, Owen, Jerome, Palacios, Shea. Guy United (from ): Delaware Gea, Lindegaard, Rafael, Smalling, Johnson, Vidic, Ferdinand, Evans, Evra, Buttner, Nani, Valencia, Powell, Carrick, Anderson, Cleverley, Giggs, Kagawa, Van Persie, Rooney, Hernandez, Welbeck. Pregame banter The English Premier League name is tantalizingly in reach for Manchester United, the jitters may begin to emerge if the staff does not overcome relegation-haunted Stoke today. The discomfort of its end-of-season meltdown this past year, when Manchester City came from nine factors down with six matches left to snatch the name from its fiercest competitor, has been the driving force behind United's charge to a 20th league championship. United found its edge over City cut to 12 points with a defeat in the Manchester derby and will undoubtedly be anxious to wrap the name up as rapidly as possible this time round. United supervisor Alex Ferguson says "the rewards exist for ourselves in the sense of we've only got seven games left." There is no Ashley Young for Ferguson, out for the next two weeks with foot damage after the Manchester City defeat. But the United boss may call upon the companies of Jonny Evans who is back from the hamstring injury and other centre-back Nemanja Vidic is back teaching. No Paul Scholes today however for United. As it represents Chelsea in the FA Cup semifinals, town is inactive in the category this week-end. 3 News
